Deal or No Deal is undoubtedly one of the worst programmes ever to appear on TV, but it is a useful yardstick by which to measure your mental health. If you can watch it for more than two minutes without wanting to kill Noel Edmonds and all the contestants (see Weapons, Tactical Nuclear), you should check into a high security mental institution immediately.
